Your privacy is the core of rebalance. This application is designed to be a private sanctuary for your thoughts, habits, and goals.

1. Data Collection

rebalance does not collect any personal data. We do not operate external servers for user data, we do not use third-party analytics, and we do not track your location, usage habits, or identity.

2. Data Storage & Syncing

All information is managed on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework and synced securely via your personal iCloud account.

• Private Database: Your data is stored exclusively in your private iCloud container. The developer has zero access to your habits, memories, or reflections.

• Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest on your device and during transmission to iCloud, leveraging Apple’s industry-standard security protocols.

• Data Persistence: Because your data is synced with iCloud, it remains available to you if you switch devices or reinstall the application, provided you are signed in with your Apple ID.

• User Control: You retain full ownership and control. You can manage or delete your data at any time through your device’s iCloud settings.

3. Biometric Authentication

rebalance offers an optional security layer using FaceID or TouchID.

• Authentication is handled entirely by iOS via the Secure Enclave.

• The app never sees, collects, or stores your biometric data.

4. Third-Party Services

There are no advertisements, no hidden tracking, and no third-party integrations that share your data.
